The series of TCM decoction pieces branded as Meihua are high-end products produced and designed for international customers. Their thallus come from genuine producing areas as green plantation bases with the adoption of “company, bases, farmers” as plantation management pattern. Professional medical farmers are sent for TCM material plantation, pickup, pre-processing. Then comes the GMP production process after qualified assessment by the quality inspection center. The production and processing work is carried out in accordance with standard practices excluding chemical processing methods that may affect product quality and safety such as sulfur stoving, chemical reagent soaking. On the contrary, quality is controlled in areas of products appearance and properties, contents of effective elements, pesticide residues, heavy metal residues with the adoption of modern inspection technique, perfecting its appearance and quality. In the past tens of years[decades], we were well praised by international customers.

TCM concentration particles branded as Meihua:
TCM concentration particles branded as Meihua, based on its TCM decoction pieces as its raw material, are a modern TCM products produced with the new technologies such as full composition extraction, concentration filtration, spray drying and one-step particle production. It has two kinds of concentration proportions5:1 and 10:1. Moreover, it is water-soluble, convenient for use, and its quality is safe, stable and effective, meeting the needs of different customers.

Under the principle of producing safe, stable, effective medicine, the series of Meihua medicine products quality are controlled from the very beginning of plantation. Our GAP plantation management department controls the field quality from the following four aspects:
(1) Plantation areas selection:
Genuine producing areas are selected as the plantation bases depending on the medicine types. We provide plantation technology trainings for the farmers and keep them free from pollution sources and over-absorption of heavy metals during their growth period so as to reduce the contents of heavy metals maximally.
(2) Field management technology guidance:
We timely provide field management technology guidance for medicine farmers so that they can use fertilizers scientifically and highly-efficient , low-toxic as well as degradative pesticide to stop pest and disease depending on the growth stages of medicine materials, largely reducing the content of pesticide residues.
(3) Control pickup time:
Scientific medicine material pickup(including season、time、methods) is an important grantee of its better quality. Different types of medicine material have different growth period and pickup time. Some materials need to be picked before their blossom while some are post-blossom period. Bad mastering of pickup time, no matter earlier or later, will directly affect the inner quality of materials. Therefore, our professionals provide medicine farmers with scientific pickup time so as to ensure the quality of our materials reach our national pharmacopoeia criteria.
(4) Newly-picked material pre-processing:
Newly-picked fresh medicine materials need simple processing in a timely manner, which is an important and unignorable link in the management of material quality. Scientific pre-processing methods provided to medicine farmers can control man-made pollution and thoroughly solve sulfur dioxide fuming problems while special pre-processing methods for some materials of certain features can largely reduce the content of aflatoxin.
Scientific controls over the source of medicine material can reliably grantee the stability safety and effectiveness of its Meihua products. Consequently, not only its internal quality meets the pharmacopoeia criteria, but also the heavy metal content of Pb、Cr、Hg、As and pesticide residues meet the European food standard.
So far, the series of Meihua products are sold in European and North-Americas.
